This is a reprint of a 3-page introductory story featuring Dan Dare and The Mekon from the new version of Eagle launched in 1982. It was scanned by me from the Eagle Annual 1983 (published in 1982), having been reprinted there from the first edition of the new Eagle comic (dated March 27, 1982).
